The Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK Admission List for 2019/2020 academic session has been released and uploaded online for checking. See how to check your admission status below;
The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (UNIZIK) has released the FIRST Batch Admission list of admitted candidates for the 2019/2020 academic session and all the candidates who participated in the Screening Exercise can now check their admission status.
After confirming your admission status on JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), you are expected to follow the steps below to confirm it on the school official website.
How to Check UNIZIK Admission List
Note: As at the time of writing this report, the UNIZIK Admission list has now been uploaded on the college’s official portal.
Step 1: Go to UNIZIK Admission checking portal at: http://portal.unizik.edu.ng/login.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password in the required columns
Step 3: Click on the “Sign In” button to view your admission detail.
Candidates are expected to go to JAMB CAPS Portal and click either “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer.
Admitted Students Should Take Note Of The Following:
- Registration for New Students Commence on 4th November, 2019. Endeavour to do your physical clearance, pay your school fees and print out your UNIZIK Registration Number before the 22nd December, 2019.
- You must adhere to the date and time for your biometric verification, irrespective of any registration process you are carrying out as you may not have another opportunity to be rescheduled
- Biometric Schedule: Date AND Time (TUESDAYS 8AM TO 4PM)
- Failure to do your PHYSICAL CLEARANCE within the registration period, Automatically terminates your Admission
- Failure to do your COURSE REGISTRATION automatically disqualifies you from writing Your EXAMINATIONS
- you can delete any course you registered in error before the commencement of first semester examination
- Make sure to get your UNIZIK (School) Reg Number before the commencement of First Semester Examination
- Make Sure You Submit Your Registration Printouts In A File To The Hod Of Your Department
Alternatively, candidates can check their admission status on JAMB Website.
- Go to JAMB admission checking portal @ https://jamb.org.ng/efacility/
- Login to your JAMB profile using your Username and Password
- Click on the “Check Admission Status” button (scroll down the page to see it)
- Select your Exam year, enter your registration number and then,
- Click on “Check Admission Status” to access yours.
For Admitted Candidates: Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK Biometric Verification Exercise of admitted candidates has commenced.

N.B Those who are successful should immediately go to Nnamdi Azikiwe University to start registration as the University has resumed for all final year and fresh students.
