The names of candidates who are offered provisional admission into the Benue State University, Markudi (BSUM), undergraduate programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session have been released.
We are using this platform to inform the general public and most especially all those who applied for admission into Benue State University for the 2019/2020 academic session that admissions into undergraduate programmes as approved by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) have been released.
All candidates who applied for admission into BSU can now proceed to check their admission status;
How to Check BSU Admission List
- Go to the college’s portal: https://portal.bsum.edu.ng/checkAdmission.jsp
- Enter your JAMB RegNo in the space provided
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button to view your admission status.
Note: Aspirants are to confirm their admission status on the BSU portal by paying a non-refundable Admission Verification fee of four hundred naira (N400.00) only using the e-payment procedure.

For Admitted Candidates
Admitted Candidates should visit JAMB CAPS official website to either “Accept” or “Reject” the admission offer before proceeding with the payment of acceptance fee.
Candidates are to note that checking of admission status, acceptance of admission, uploading of documents for on-line screening, payment of school fees, and course registration on the College Portal shall take place between Monday, 13th January and Friday, 14th February 2020.
Candidates who scored a minimum of 180 and above at JAMB UTME and 35 percent and above in the Post UTME of Benue State University, should do the following:
Such candidates are expected to go to any JAMB CBT Centre and upload their relevant O’ Level credentials on the JAMB CAPS from Wednesday, 8th January to Wednesday, 15th January 2020.
Candidates should treat this announcement as very important and urgent.
Acceptance Fee Payment Deadline
All successfully admitted candidates are hereby inform that the deadline for payment of acceptance fee, school fees, and course registration is Friday, 14th February 2020.
